I am happy to learn that Riphah International University is holding its 18th Convocation and to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the graduates, their parents and the University authorities.
Convocation is significant events that acknowledge the achievements of the graduates and evaluates the performance of the University. I think in this sage of globalization, it is essential on the part of the University to impart quality education to its students so that they can face the challenges of the competitive world and contribute to the development of the country imbued with patriotism.

In this new era, the societies are changing due to exponential creation of knowledge and universities plays significant role through research & innovation for serving humankind and Riphah can play a leading role in developing knowledge based society.
I am much pleased to learn that the philosophy of Riphah is based on Islamic ethical values in providing state of the art education not within the country but internationally through its pragmatic leadership and motivated students and scholars. I hope the new graduates will contribute through the knowledge & skills acquired for the socio-economic development of the country.
