I am pleased to learn that Riphah International University is holding its 18th Convocation 2023. On this auspicious occasion, I extend my heartfelt felicitations to the graduates, their parents, the faculty and the University management. In this age of globalization, it is essential for a university to impart quality education to the students in order to build human capital which can meet the challenges of the competitive world and contribute towards the socio-economic development of the country.

It is only through excellence in knowledge and moral conduct that we can keep pace with the changing World. In this era, it has become necessary to impart skills of advancements and developments in the Technology sector among students. And, I am delighted to note that RIU is offering competitive degree programs in the field of Information Technology (IT) to nurture its students with evolving techniques and technologies enabling them to solve real-life problems.
I am pleased to note that the university also gives paramount importance to the inculcation of ethical and moral values in order to build the holistic personality of students who are aware of their responsibility to Allah and society. I hope the young graduates passing out from this university will be able to engage themselves in productive activities to help build an ideologically, economically, and socially stronger Pakistan as visualized by the father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

I congratulate all of you on achieving success in your academic programs and hope that you will leave no stone unturned for the development of Pakistan.
